• A valid passport or Emirates ID must be carried during the The Palm Jumeirah activity.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times throughout the experience.
• No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services or in the event of a no-show at the scheduled start time. In such cases, 100% no-show charges will apply.
• The service provider is not responsible if any part of the attraction is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues or weather conditions.
• Guests are not permitted to bring outside food or beverages into the attraction.
• Entry may be refused if park rules and regulations are not followed.
• This voucher cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
• The management accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage incurred during the visit.
• All visitors must strictly follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by the venue staff.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during transfers are strictly prohibited as per our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time are free of charge.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time will incur 100% cancellation charges.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are considered infants and receive free entry.
• Children above 10 years will be charged the adult rate.
