Bookings & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation voucher is issued via email or WhatsApp. Guests are responsible for verifying all booking details upon receipt.
Prices & Payments
All prices are quoted in AED unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include only the services clearly mentioned in the tour description. Any additional expenses, meals, transfers, or personal costs are excluded unless specified.
Tour Timings & Pick-Up
Tour timings and pick-up schedules are approximate and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, or operational constraints. Guests must be present at the confirmed pick-up location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Identification & Entry Requirements

Health, Safety & Participation
