Important Information

• Carrying a valid Passport/Emirates ID is mandatory for this activity.
• Guests must bring their own swimwear and towels.
• The minimum weight requirement is 50 kg, and the maximum weight allowed is 150 kg.
• If the combined weight of participants during a Dubai parasailing activity exceeds 180 kg (400 lbs), they must fly separately, and an additional AED 100 will be charged per individual flight.
• Pick-up is available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.
• Children aged 10 to 18 years may participate but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• No prior experience is required for this activity.
• Activity availability depends on the selected date and time.
• Please note that eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited during any transfer service.
• The exact activity location will be shared by our team upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

• No charges apply for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour departure time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time will incur 100% charges.
• If eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 6 years are considered infants and are not allowed to join this activity.
• Children above 6 years are charged the adult rate.
