Burj Khalifa At The Top – Important Information

• Guests must carry a valid photo ID or passport, which is required for entry verification.
• Please arrive at the venue 30 to 60 minutes prior to your selected time slot.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly not allowed inside Burj Khalifa.
• Booking confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina).
• Pickup and drop-off timings for shared transfers may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and location.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the transfer vehicle are strictly prohibited as per tour terms and conditions.

• On December 31, 2024, Levels 124, 125, 148, and 152 will operate from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM only.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the tour departure: No charges.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour departure: 100% charges apply.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are considered infants and receive free entry.
• Children above 8 years are charged at the adult rate.
