Dubai Frame – Important Information

• Guests must carry a valid photo ID or passport, which must be presented at the entrance.
• Shared transfers are available only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Marina.
• Transfer timings may vary depending on traffic conditions and guest location.
• Pets, animals, toys, and sharp objects are strictly prohibited inside Dubai Frame.
• Outside food and beverages are not permitted within the attraction.
• Visitors are requested to wear modest and respectful attire at all times.
• Please refrain from touching exhibits and displayed items inside the galleries.
• Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 3 years and People of Determination, along with up to two companions, are granted free entry.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the transfer vehicle are strictly prohibited as per tour terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time: No charges apply.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure time: 100% charges apply.
• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are considered infants and enjoy free entry.
• Children above 10 years are charged at the adult rate.
