Important Guidelines

• Tickets Only: Transfers are provided only if selected at the time of booking.
• Transfers are available exclusively from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai City, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, and Dubai Marina.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• The use of professional cameras and drones is strictly prohibited inside the garden.
• Visitors are requested to use only the designated walkways, passages, and exits.
• Picking flowers is strictly not allowed.
• Cars, balls, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, and pets are not permitted inside the garden.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
• Management reserves the right to remove any visitor found damaging flowers, park property, or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
• Any damage caused due to negligence or violation of rules will be the sole responsibility of the visitor.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during transfers is strictly prohibited as per our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% charges apply for all cancellations made after booking. No refunds will be issued.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are considered infants and enjoy free entry.
• Children above 10 years will be charged the adult rate.
