Important Information

• Before booking, please review all flight regulations and safety instructions available in the Skydiving Guidelines link.
• Bookings must match the name and details exactly as they appear on the passport.
• Carrying a valid Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory for this activity.
• Please allow 3 to 4 hours for the full experience, as weather conditions may cause flight delays.
• Wear athletic and comfortable clothing. Tops with sleeves and shorts that cover the thighs are recommended to ensure the harness fits properly.
• All jewelry, watches, and valuables should be removed prior to the skydive. Free personal lockers are available for safekeeping.
• Protective goggles will be provided. If you wear prescription glasses or contact lenses, you may keep them on during the skydive.
• Avoid scuba diving for at least 24 hours before your tandem skydive.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the transfer vehicle are strictly prohibited according to our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% charges apply for any cancellation made after booking.
• No refunds are available once the booking is confirmed.

Child Policy

• Children under 18 years are not permitted to participate in this activity.
• Individuals 18 years and above will be charged the adult rate.
