Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure will not incur any charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur 100% charges.
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years are considered infants and can join free of charge.
- Children 3 to 10 years will be charged the child rate.
- Children above 10 years will be charged the adult rate.
