Important Information

• Please wear modest clothing that covers your shoulders and knees during your visit to Qasr Al Watan.
• Complimentary parking is available on-site; however, valet parking is subject to a small fee.
• Tickets allow single entry only.
• Wheelchairs are available free of charge, while strollers can be rented for a nominal fee.
• Outside food and drinks (except bottled water) are not permitted inside the facility or themed zones.
• Items such as sharp objects, paints, folding bikes, skateboards, and large bags are not allowed.
• The attraction provides prayer rooms, restrooms, a first-aid room, and a designated smoking area for visitor convenience.
• The Light Show takes place at 6:45 PM, with the last entry at 6:15 PM.
• Your ticket includes access to the Palace in Motion (Light Show) if it is scheduled on the day of your visit.
• The last entry for Palace in Motion is 45 minutes before showtime.
• Timings may vary depending on sunset times.
• Heavy luggage is not permitted during your visit.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited on tours that include transfer services.
• Important Notice: On October 17, 2024, the light show will be privatized and unavailable for regular visitors.
• Last guest entry on that day will be at 4:15 PM, and the palace will close at 5:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after booking will incur 100% charges.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years are considered infants and can enter free of charge.

Children above 10 years are considered adults and charged the adult rate.
