Hot Air Balloon Dubai – Important Information

• Guests must carry a valid ID or passport. Passengers without valid ID will not be allowed to fly.
• Complete and submit the waiver form online 24 hours prior to the flight. Upload a copy of your passport in image format via this link.
• A valid WhatsApp number is required for communication regarding pickup time and tour updates.
• Pickup time will be shared the day before the tour between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Be ready at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup to avoid cancellation.
• Pickup and drop-off times for shared transfers may be adjusted by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and location.

Participation Guidelines

• Children under 5 years and individuals over 80 years are not permitted to fly.
• Maximum weight limit is 119 kg; guests exceeding this require pilot approval and may incur an additional charge.
• Minimum age for quad bike ride: 16 years.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
• Participants must be physically fit, able to climb in and out of the basket, and bend in a brace position during landing.
• Guests with disabilities (mental, emotional, or physical) or under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed.
• Avoid carrying heavy luggage during the activity.
• Comfortable, casual clothing and sturdy footwear are recommended; high heels or loose shoes are not permitted.
• Not suitable for individuals with heart conditions, severe knee/back issues, recent surgery (past six months), or fear of heights.
• Balloon flights are weather-dependent. The pilot has full authority to cancel or proceed based on safety guidelines. If canceled due to weather, guests will be offered the next available date or full refund.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the tour: No charges.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour: 100% charges.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children 5–11 years are charged at the child rate.
• Children above 11 years are charged at the adult rate.
