Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date.
Eligible rider requirements include a minimum weight of 40 kg and a maximum of 120 kg, with a minimum height of 122 cm.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or loose footwear are not allowed. Please tie your hair and avoid large accessories like earrings or bracelets.
For the Jebel Jais Via Ferrata, sturdy trainers or running shoes with a strong grip are required.

Small lockers will be available to store personal belongings such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones.
Participants must not be under the influence of narcotics, alcohol, or any substance that may impair judgment.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your booked time slot to ensure a smooth start to the activity.
