Important Information

• Minimum 1 person and maximum 6 persons per booking.
• Please carry valid identification (ID proof or passport) during the Dubai City Tour – Full Day.
• Pick-up and drop-off are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and surrounding areas.
• If your location is outside the standard SIC pick-up zone, our operations team will contact you for alternative arrangements.
• No refunds will be provided for partially used tour services.
• Heavy luggage is not permitted during the tour.
• Some attractions may be closed on specific days, weekends, or for special events. In such cases, no compensation or responsibility will be assumed.
• Pick-up and drop-off timings for shared transfers may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking in public areas during daylight hours may be restricted during certain periods.
• Always ask permission before taking photos of individuals, especially in conservative locations.
• Modest clothing is required when visiting religious and public sites—shoulders and knees must be covered.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited during transfer services.
• Cancellation Policy
• No charges apply for cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure will incur 100% charges.
• If eligible for a refund, the amount will be returned within 7 working days.
• Child Policy
• Children under 3 years are considered infants and can join free of charge.
• Children above 10 years will be considered adults and charged the adult rate.
