Important Information

• Minimum 1 person and maximum 6 persons can join this tour.
• Please carry a valid ID/Passport during the Dubai City Tour – Full Day.
• Transfers are provided only from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road, Marina, and nearby areas.
• If your location is outside the standard SIC pick-up points, our operations team will coordinate accordingly.
• No refunds will be provided for partially used services during the Full Day Dubai City Tour.
• Heavy luggage is not allowed during this activity.
• Certain attractions may be closed on specific days or weekends due to local events or maintenance. In such cases, we are not responsible, and no compensation will be offered.
• Sharing transfer pick-up and drop-off timings may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic and location.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking in public spaces during daylight hours may be restricted during certain seasonal periods.
• Avoid taking photos of people without permission, especially in culturally sensitive areas.
• Dress modestly, ensuring shoulders and knees are covered when visiting religious or public places.
• Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited during any tour with transfer services.

Cancellation Policy

• No charges apply for cancellations made 24 hours before the tour departure time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour departure will incur 100% charges.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years are considered infants and can join free of cost.
• Children above 10 years will be charged the adult rate.
