- Please carry a valid ID/Passport with you during your Abu Dhabi Airport to Dubai transfer.
- Arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Your transfer will be arranged exactly as per your booking selection. If you require a two-way transfer (pick-up & drop-off), please make sure to select both options during booking.
- When scheduling your transfer, consider traffic conditions and flight timings to avoid delays.
- Provide complete and accurate flight details to ensure a smooth and timely pick-up or drop-off.
- No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used services.
- Oversized or excess luggage will be accepted only if sufficient storage space is available.
- Guests who fail to report at the scheduled time will be marked as a No Show, with no refund or rescheduling provided.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited as per our transfer service terms and conditions.
